POLICE have confirmed the man whose life was saved in the street by a passing officer last week has left hospital.
The man was spotted collapsed in the street by Sergeant Martin Metcalfe, who was driving a delegation of international representatives around the city on Thursday.
The unidentified York man is believed to be 33 years old.
