York is blessed with a wide range of property types from modern detached homes to period terraced properties – and the latter group has a great variety of styles on offer.

This week we decided to have a look at those terraced and town houses which make up the backbone of York’s body of properties.

Starting with a real gem in Windsor Street, South Bank. And, finishing on a high note, we’ll tell you about a superb five-bedroomed house in Southlands Road, in the Bishopthorpe Road area.
