It’s My Time was the UK’s best Euro song for decades, and Jade Ewen did a splendid job.
But robbed of Euro glory, Ewen found herself on the job market... until The Sugababes needed yet another replacement.
Almost as infamous for changing their personnel as The Drifters, the Sugababes have somehow amassed more than seven million album sales and scored more Top 10 singles than the Spice Girls, All Saints or Destiny’s Child.
This is, probably, because despite the changing line ups, the Babes have recorded some pretty hot songs.
Miss Everything, featuring Sean Kingston, has a great swagger, and Wear My Kiss is a confident cheeky hit single.
But the best of the new batch is Get Sexy, a glorious irresistibly catchy tune, which borrows from Right Said Fred’s I’m Too Sexy.
