THE tastes and smells of good Yorkshire fare are filling York’s Parliament Street this weekend.
Visitors and residents can try out a variety of foods from sweets and bakery products to venison and non-alcoholic Yorkshire Punch as 24 producers from the county seek to prove that food from God’s Own Country can rival any Easter egg. They were all taking part in the deliciouslyyorkshire Easter Market which runs until Sunday. Several companies are using the occasion to launch new products. Bedazzled Cupcakes showed off its handmade cupcakes, while the Chilli Jam Man had a chilli chocolate orange jam.
