FURTHER proof of York's growing attractiveness to outsiders comes with today's news that government buildings are being refurbished to prepare for the arrival of staff from the south of England.
They are moving to York with the relocation of their government offices from the capital.
It seems the number of jobs to "move house"' to York will top the 200-mark. This is further good news for the city's economy. We hope it is a trend that will continue.
