I AM writing to express my support for the JMP loan offered to York City.

The support that the McGill family and JM Packaging have already given to York City has been vital to our survival in recent years.

The McGill family are long-time supporters of York City, and I believe are great representatives for the club.

I would much prefer to put my trust in them, than in some unknown quantity.

Due to all recent comments in The Press seeming to have concerns, and giving negative comments, I felt that as a long-term City supporter I should try to give a more positive comment in support of them.

I would also like to thank Billy McEwan for the improvement in the team this past season.
