EBOR's Paul Armstrong gamed in 14 darts in the York Phoenix Monday Darts League division one encounter at Acorn.
Armstrong clinched the win with a 20-darter after Mark Hartley (16) and Tony Raymond (19) had led the comeback.
Shepherd's took the first five games at Slipper with Mick Willsden out in 15 and Heath Scaife supporting with 16.
Sun had a clean sweep at Acomb SC with 180s from Chris Thompson (17 and 20) and Tony Cooper (19). Kev Walton (180 and 19) and Jon O'Mara (20 and 21) also figured.
Cygnet 'A' stayed in contention with Neil Caywood notching a maximum in their 8-1 victory at Clifton, while 17 and 21 from Kev O'Hara and a 180 from Paul Cooper saw Cygnet 'B' take the honours against Huntington WMC.
Britannia had Steve Snowden and Paul Wilson with maximums in their 8-1 division two victory at Osbaldwick.
Rich Saville gamed in 20 as Shepherd SC 'B' won 7-2 against Independent who had Toni Smallwood out in 18, while Ade Shaw hit 17 then 180 for 18 to take the last game win for Locomotive 'A' against their house rivals.
Health Service Club consolidated top spot in division three after a narrow win over Phoenix.
