AT the time of York Twenty4Seven going to press, the line-up for the Grand Final of the Fibbers/Evening Press Battle of the Bands 2005 was awaiting completion.

The final will be held at Fibbers, Stonebow, York, on Tuesday.
Five bands will compete to impress the judging panel.
Doors for the final show will open at 7pm and compere Alex King will make his entry at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £6 in advance or £7 on the door, but booking is advised.
