WITH regard to Charlie Stone's letter about ID cards (June 30), and all those other nay sayers.
What is wrong with carrying a picture ID in your wallet? It doesn't have to have micro chip encoded information on it.
Imagine all the hassle it would prevent and protect you from the unscrupulous people in our society today.
Oh wait a minute, you can already get one, it's called the new Driving Licence part 'A'. What's the harm eh!
