Evans Easyspace has appointed Davinder Pabial as manager of its £2 million Harrogate centre, which opens next month.
Davinder, a business administration graduate from Huddersfield University, has worked extensively in marketing, including time with Bradford Council and the National Coal Mining Museum.
Evans Easyspace regional manager Ian Frostwick believes Davinder's experience will be invaluable as the company promotes the new centre, on Hartwith Way, to businesses in the Harrogate area.
He said: "Evans Easyspace has grown into a strong brand that stands for quality, flexibility and accessibility. Davinder will play a central role in building the brand in the Harrogate area, and her excellent track record gives me the utmost confidence that the business people of Harrogate can expect to hear from her very soon."
The 16,000 sq ft office building is being refurbished, creating 50 offices along with meeting and conference rooms, complete with telephony, broadband internet access and ample free parking.
Offices will range from 110 to 545 sq ft. Conveniently near the A61 Ripon Road, north of the town centre, the centre is said to be ideal for small and growing businesses that need flexibility and easy transport access.
Evans Easyspace is offering a two-month rolling licence to clients so they do not have to commit long-term and all paperwork is in plain English, cutting out the need for solicitors. Clients can expand or move on when it is right for their business to do so.
The business centre will be intensively managed, with offices available as space only or furnished and equipped, complete with a staffed reception and a range of opt-in extra services such as secretarial and administration.
Details are available on Freephone 0800 039 3900.
