THESE are the meeters and greeters who will be providing York visitors with a friendly face during Royal Ascot week.
The 36-strong team of City of York Council employees will be sporting eye-catching orange polo shirts and baseball caps emblazoned with "Can I help you?"
Working across two shifts, they will be helping to direct people to the racecourse and offering information on the programme of events and the Streets Alive! Festival.
