THE Rat Pack is back. The Kings Of Swing celebrate the finger-clicking Las Vegas era of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin in Sunday's 7.30pm show with the 15-piece Nelson Riddle Tribute Orchestra at the Grand Opera House, York.
Last year, this smooth two-hour celebration of swing classics played to more than 250,000 people in its seaside-resort residency at the Blackpool Tower.
Tony Benedict, Johnny Prima, Tony Martin, Cole Page and special guest Lynn Kennedy perform numbers made famous by the likes of Sinatra, Martin, Tony Bennett, Bobby Darin, Ella Fitzgerald and Doris Day and latterly revived by Robbie Williams and Michael Bubl.
Among the big-band swing favourites big in York this weekend will be Come Fly With Me, I Get A Kick Out Of You, Mack The Knife and That's Amore. Tickets: £17.50, £15.50; ring 0870 606 3595.
