Previously unbeaten Drax came a cropper against their nemesis, British Sugar in division one of the HPH York Vale Cricket League.
Clive Heaton top-scored for Sugar with 46, Sean Mahoney then chipping in with 37 as Sugar reached 128 all out. Paul Smith was the pick of the Drax attack with a haul of 4-25.
However, Drax never got to grips with the Sugar attack as evergreen Wayne Bellerby with 5-51 and all-rounder Mahoney taking 3-21 kept Drax in check for the visitors to finish five runs shy of the British Sugar tally.
