Knavesmire Harriers Ladies team finished second in the team competition of the Thirsk ten-mile road race.
Joy Allen was Knavesmire's first counter in a time of 79 minutes and seven seconds followed by Michelle Atkins (86.54), Gillian Punton (88.40) and Elly Treanor (88.40).
Harold Dobson won the 0/65 prize clocking 68.48.
Knavesmire had several prize winners in the Wheldrake 10K in which Cameron Brookes finished second overall in 32.04.
The first three over-60 runners were all Knavesmire Harriers with Dobson again picking up first prize (41.36); 2nd 0/60 Ian Bithell (44.46) and 3rd 0/60 Malcolm Fawcett (45.12).
In the women's race Joanna Simpson won second prize in 42.05. Janet Cordingley was the first woman 0/45 with 44.11 and Jean Snelling bagged the 2nd 0/55 prize 58.58.
The club have gone top of the Yorkshire Veterans league and the ladies second after an event at Starbeck.
Neil Strange finished second clocking 29.50 over the five-mile multi-terrain course for the 2nd 0/40 prize. Barry Atkinson was fourth (2nd 0/45) in 30.21.
Fiona Strange was second overall and 0/35 winner in 35.13, while Jean Snelling again won the 0/65 race 55.50 and Pat Rowson won her first prize as an 0/70 runner clocking 65.47.
