RECENTLY three individuals, two doing, one watching, made deliveries of Your City, a journal from City of York Council. This was issue eight, June 2005, about Royal Ascot.
On Tuesday, May 31, behold, another copy was delivered. This time I am not sure by how many people. Is this Lib Dem efficiency?
Or another example of Lib Dem waste and non-management?
