I compliment the staff at York City Library for their fantastic service and helpful and friendly customer relations.

I had not been to York Library for years because I have relocated to Nottinghamshire, but when I visited a sick friend in the city, I found myself at a loose end and with nothing to read.

At the library the staff helped me find reading material suitable for myself and my friend and the young gentleman at the counter, Nick, was especially polite, helpful and pleasant. Thanks to all staff at York library for helping to make my stay so pleasant.

Good customer service can be hard to find these days.
