THE biggest compliment I can pay South London duo Olly Knights and Gale Paridjanian is that one track firmly wedged itself in my consciousness just hours after listening to it for the first time.
I was surprised to find myself humming They Can't Buy The Sunshine over the washing-up at the Bank Holiday weekend. Sadly, it would take a brain bigger than the combined egos of Manchester United to remember much more of this patchy and sometimes rather dreary third album of folk-pop. Once you've got past the opening tune there is the melodic single Fishing For A Dream to look forward to. Don't think about the words too much, mind you. Then. it's all downhill.
