The Role - We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our Marketing Department. You will: Assist the Society to develop and implement retention initiatives from the current

membership database. Be responsible for increasing membership retention and loyalty through direct contact and various retention activities. Collate data from reports and utilise it to actively pursue the retention of members. Work in accordance with target driven areas of responsibility.

The Person - You will be a highly motivated individual who is customer focused and able to work well within a team environment. You will have: Preferably 2 years Customer Service experience in a Telesales/Sales environment. A track record of achieving targets. Business writing skills. Educated to GCSE standard (5 Grade C or above), NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, including English. Excellent keyboard skills. Confidence, determination and enthusiasm to succeed.
