STRETCH limos, sports cars and an open top bus were among the vehicles dropping off pupils for the Huntington School leavers' ball.
The end of the school year was celebrated by students from the school with a posh knees-up at a York hotel on Friday.
Pupils donned their most glamorous outfits for the annual leavers' ball at the Royal York Hotel.
A dazzling array of cars and limousines arrived at the hotel on Friday night dropping off the 163 students and guest for their night of revelry.
Once inside, the teenagers were treated to a champagne reception followed by a three course meal with coffee and liqueurs.
Then they danced the night away until proceedings came to a close at 1am.
Pauline Shann, assistant director of sixth form, said: "This was a really special night for many of the students and it was a wonderful evening enjoyed by both students and staff - the Royal York did us proud.
"What most amazed me were all the different limos and sports cars - some borrowed and some hired - which the students turned up in."
