CHRIS Thompson (pictured below) hit a fantastic 15 darts in York John Smith's Men's Darts League division one as Sun 'A' beat Poacher 5-4.

Jon O'Mara also hit a 20 and then partnered Rod Thompson for 26 in Sun's narrow win.

Pete Turnbull hit a 180 for 20 to lead Golden Slipper to a 6-3 victory at Britannia despite a 17-darter from Steve Lane and a 180 from Daz Hoban.

John Pickering (19) led a five-man Mitre to a 5-4 success at Crescent, who claimed the aggregate.

Swan's Scott Dowsett (21) also partnered Pete McNichol to win the decider at Cygnet 'B' who took the aggregate with the help of 18 darts from Pete Harrison.

Derek Bell (21) led the way as Dringhouses shot to a 7-2 victory over Cueball.

Matthew Wilson (103 finish) also teamed up with Andy Tams to give bottom-placed Fulfordgate their first win of the season - a surprise 5-4 victory against division two leaders Shepherd.

Roger Pike-Dave Broadhead were the match-winners as Sun 'B' posted a 5-4 win against Slip Inn, whose Pete Ella had a 180.

Carl Murray starred as Flag 'B' won all the individual games on their way to a 7-2 triumph against their 'A' team.

Fox Inn have withdrawn from division two.

Huntington WMC's Phil Good closed on 160 for 18 darts against Pack in York Knavesmire Racing Darts League division one.

Mark Blundell went on to take the match with 18 darts after early wins by Jim Wallis (18), Nick Harteveld (20). John Smith hit a 180 in a 25-dart pairs leg with Harteveld.

Leaders Volunteer 'A' took the first five against Ebor through Heath Scaife (17), Paul Botterill (21) while Chaz Ramsden hit maximum.

Martyn Turner 18 and 21, Paul Brandon 18, and Martin Waddington 180 for 20 gave Clifton an early lead before Crescent hit back with a 21 from Iain Smith. Clifton held on, with Turner partnering Bruce Wray took the match.

Paul Helm (21 and 18) was Crescent 'B' team's only success against Falcon, while Mitre had a pair of 20 darters from Al Galley, an 18 from Rich Corner and 120 finish from Ali Wray as they demolished Volunteer 'B' 8-1.

In division two, Bootham Tavern 'A' had Glynn Jeffery out in 23 as they defeated Groves 7-3, while Vic Reed notched a maximum against Edinburgh.

The Harry Watson - Dave Ware pairing was Huntington SC 'A' team's match-winner against Reindeer, while Leeman's Dean Smallwood (19) and Vinny Gothard (22) won the match against Jackdaw, whose Danny White was out in 21.

A 64 finish from Phil Cuss stood out in Lord Nelson's win at Dick Turpin. Alan Stevens shone for Yearsley 'B' with 17 darts against.

Mark Chamberlain's 100 two-dart finish for 20 inspired Cygnet 'B' to a 9-1 win against Bootham Tavern 'B', Indoor Bowls made it back-to-back wins with a 7-3 victory against Old Ebor.
