Heworth's open age presentation night saw the following awards handed out:
Player of the Year - Luke Judson (this award incorporated the Atkinson Memorial Trophy in memory of former Heworth players Keith and Kevin Atkinson, who were killed in a motorway accident more than 19 years ago, and was presented by Keith and Kevin's father, Heworth stalwart and life member Eddie Atkinson).
Players' Player of the Year - Luke Judson;
Most Improved Player - Glen Chittock;
'A' Team Player of the Year - Paul Gill;
'A' Team Players' Player of the Year - Sean Strickland;
'A' Team Most Improved Player - Danny Flint.
Gavin Grant was presented with an inscribed tankard to recognise the 27 tries he scored in league games during the season, thereby beating Andy Tindall's long-standing club record.
Wayne Foster received an inscribed tankard to record his appearance for the championship-winning Yorkshire county side, coached by Alfie Hill.
Alfie Hill received a tankard and rugby shirt from the players in thanks of his efforts as Heworth coach over the last two seasons.
