FARMING consultants have moved into speculatively built offices in North Yorkshire.
Direct Farming & Rural Solutions Ltd has moved headquarters to Newton House at Easingwold Business Park from its old premises in nearby Alne.
It will be sharing the office with Finnish Living Homes, which imports and builds timber houses. Both organisations have David Campbell as their managing director.
Their half of the building was bought by Langver Ltd of Thirsk through York property consultancy, Savills.
The new tenancy means that Newton House is now full, with the other office in the block bought by a pension fund and leased to Gateway Lightowler estate agents. The offices are part of a programme of building on the business park by businessman Tim Henderson of Henderson Holdings.
