Gemma Conway has been appointed food and beverage manager at historic Monk Fryston Hall Hotel, near Selby.
Gemma has joined the hotel, based in a 17th century listed manor house, after working as conference and banqueting manager at a major corporate hotel in West Yorkshire.
She will be in charge of all food and beverage at Monk Fryston Hall Hotel's restaurant, two bars and room service as well as weddings, corporate functions and private parties.
