IT has been interesting to compare the different methods of delivering electioneering material during the past few days.
Hugh Bayley's pamphlets arrived with a personally addressed copy each for my wife and I; Andrew Waller's pamphlet was addressed to both of us while Clive Booth's offering arrived tucked in the May 2005 issue of the Local Link with no name or address on it.
The Labour Party effort seems excessive using two pieces of paper where one would do; the Lib Dem one provided the necessary message on one sheet (less paper) but the Conservative candidate didn't seem to have even bothered to find out our name and address.
I know who won't be getting my vote.
