NEW Earswick All Blacks might be taking on one of the country's top amateur sides, Sharlston Rovers, in Pennine League division one next season.
All Blacks will be promoted to that tier if they win their remaining game next week, while Sharlston, the Yorkshire League's top team, have applied to join the Pennine League and, while there is an indication they will go straight into the premier division, they might be required by league regulations to start out in division one instead.
