Having been named the best supermini, Seat's Ibiza is now available in special edition guise, called the Award, and offering lots of extras.
To celebrate the Ibiza winning the prestigious What Car? Best Supermini title for three successive years, SEAT has introduced a special edition model, appropriately named Award.
The Award is based on the award-winning 1.2-litre five-door Ibiza SX, with some special added extras and a special price. As it is based on the Ibiza SX, the Award already carries a specification including 15-inch alloy wheels, remote central locking, anti-lock brakes, front fog lights and body coloured bumpers. There is climate control, electric front windows, twin front airbags, split folding rear seat and storage pockets and cupholders.
The Award has been made even more eye-catching by the addition of colour concept Costa Blue upholstery, an MP3 compatible radio/CD player with steering wheel mounted controls and door mirrors which are heated and electrically adjustable. The Award is available in nine exterior colours, which have been carefully chosen to coordinate with the Costa Blue interior.
The Ibiza Award is priced at £9,000 on the road. As with all new SEAT cars, the on-the- road price includes 12 months' road fund licence, three-year/60,000 mile warranty and two years of SEAT Assistance, valid in more than 30 countries.
