YORK really does need a new spacious nightclub and the ideal location is in George Hudson Street.
It will get people off the streets and give them what they need, somewhere to unwind and dance.
Today's modern culture has made life very stressful and most young people are just looking for something such as this.
It is, as usual, only the minority looking for trouble, but having to queue to get into a nightclub, and pubs as it is now, does not help anyone's stress levels.
This is where frustration can start, especially when it is very cold and then you can be refused admission when you get there.
The council should use its common sense and give our youth a chance.
There are more good law-abiding people out there than bad.
To quote John Lennon "give peace a chance", and let's have a decent place for a dance.
