Acomb Ladies I have clinched promotion to Yorkshire Ladies Hockey League division one after a 3-3 draw at Colne Valley II.
The Tangerines needed to avoid defeat to go up and got off to a great start when Jo Brooke scored her debut goal for the club in the 11th minute.
Valley levelled but Acomb restored their lead when a cross by Kerry Rafton was converted by Annie Pye before half-time.
The home side drew level ten minutes after the break but Acomb regained the lead when Rafton converted a short corner.
Acomb tired towards the end and Valley netted their third equaliser to set up a nervous wait for the final whistle.
Defender Kerry Woods was Acomb's player of the match.
