Huntington moved back up into second place in Leeper Hare York and District League premier division by beating visitors Malton Bacon Factory 2-0.
Both goals came in the first half, from Chris Dyson and Pete Cookland.
Before the game, a minute's silence was observed in respect of Bob Wilson, a long serving member of the Huntington club who died recently.
Dunnington completed their league season with a 4-1 home victory over Kartiers. Richard Dolby opened the scoring for Dunnington after 20 minutes.
Kartiers levelled just before the break before a Dolby header restored Dunnington's lead on 61 minutes.
Dunnington made the result safe with late goals from Andy Rose and Chris Burgess, his 17th goal of the season.
Andrew Sherlock took his tally for the season to 27 goals as he twice gave St John's the lead in their division one game at Stamford Bridge. His first was cancelled out by James Cooke and the second by Sam Brown.
After St John's were reduced to ten men they regained control and won 4-2 with late goals from Chris Lees and Simon Connell.
Hamilton Panthers made certain of finishing third in the table for the second year running after beating nearest rivals Rufforth, despite going behind to a Phil Jones penalty after five minutes.
Steve Gagen equalised and Panthers added further goals before the break through James Hewittson, Shaun Turner and James Brown. Hewittson completed the scoring by adding his second goal in a 5-1 win.
Wilberfoss moved out of the drop zone with a 3-0 away win at Norwich Union. Robin Walker scored in the first five minutes of each half and Wilberfoss sealed the win with a long range free-kick from Andy Palfreyman.
