MAXINE Gordon's article on the Royal wedding ('Should Charles and Camilla get our blesssing?' April 7 is very biased as it states nothing about Princess Diana's conduct. She had several lovers and was killed in the company of one.
Nothing was said about the £7 million alimony payment she insisted on from Prince Charles. The journalist seems to see Diana with rose-coloured spectacles and I am amazed Evening Press editor sanctioned this biased article.
As far as I know, Prince Charles had one lover whereas Princess Diana had several and also took the heir to throne for a ride over the alimony payment.
Prince Charles is a widower, Camilla is divorced and her previous husband has re-married, so I willingly give them my blessing.
I hope they have a very happy life together and the media stops raising the Diana issue.
