ONE wonders what thought process Ms Marti Brutcher uses to decide that Prince Charles was responsible for a drunk driver speeding through a Paris tunnel which ultimately led to the tragic death of Princess Diana (Letters, April 4).
It would appear that neither party were "without sin" during the time that they were married, but to lay the blame squarely at Charlie's feet seems a tad harsh.
And whilst the souvenir industry must be reeling at Ms Brutcher's boycott on all products relating to the forthcoming day, to say that the sight of the two of them together makes her feel physically ill is a little over the top.
Neither can be described as oil paintings, but if Ms Brutcher would care to accompany me through York on a Saturday night, I'm sure I could probably point out uglier people.
