MOST drivers in York think about the route they will take when going from A to B to avoid congestion and queuing, and most would think this is intelligent use of the road network system in York. Not the council. They call it rat-running.
In view of the massive number of objections to the bollard in Straylands Grove, here's hoping we have a listening council at the meeting on the subject today.
Or are they going to proceed with the log jamming at Heworth roundabout and the increase in queuing pollution in Hopgrove Lane South?
