GOALS flowed for the top two sides in Reserve 'A' of the Leeper Hare York and District League.
Leaders Old Malton beat Huntington 5-2 with the plunder shared by Tom Moorcroft (2), Shaun Thackeray (2) and Paul Walker. Sixteen-year-old Davey Smith and Mark Ellis replied for Huntington.
Dringhouses beat Dunnington 3-0 with goals from Alan Smith, a 35-yard volley, Gary Londesborough and Wayne Carter.
Copmanthorpe and Malton Bacon Factory drew 1-1. Simon Wood put Cop in front but Factory levelled ten minutes from time after a goal mouth scramble.
Nestl Rowntree became Reserve 'B' champions after they beat Bishopthorpe, who were the only side that could have stopped them taking the title.
After Steve Fratson put Nestlin front, Dave Kettlewell equalised two minutes from the break but Mike Burdett came off the subs' bench to ensure the three points and the championship with a lob over the 'keeper.
Wigginton Grasshoppers completed their league campaign with a 4-2 win at Stamford Bridge with goals from Ashley Hill, Ben Coates, Dave Jeffrey and Tom Coates but only after Martin Smith (Snr) and Chris Ploughman had pulled it back to 2-2.
In Reserve 'C', Poppleton swamped Amotherby 10-2 with Tim Hudson (4), Chris Sparks (3) and Joe Haw (3) sharing the goals. Richard Kerrison scored luckless Amotherby's brace.
Rufforth stretched their unbeaten run to nine games after they won 6-3 at Heslington where Stuart Dickinson, Dave Ridsdale and Simon Nicholls all netted for the hosts.
The Reserve 'D' title race is wide open after leaders Norwich Union dropped two home points to lowly Stillington. Rob Collier and Mike Richardson's goals for Union were pegged back by Jamie Metcalfe, then Guy Rae.
Civil Service are in with an outside title chance after beating Fulford 3-1 with goals from Dave Lund (2) and Dominic Barry. Rob Murphy replied.
Huby also harbour hopes after beating Heworth 5-0 with Mike Watts, Mike Worrill, Steve Brogan, James Joicey and Richard Pearse on target.
