CONCERN is growing for a York barman who has been missing for four days.
Sean Harrison, 24, who lives with his mother in Mill Lane, Heworth, was last seen at about 3am on Good Friday, walking along the A19 into York city centre from the Rawcliffe area.
Sgt Nick Smart, of North Yorkshire Police, said Mr Harrison's mother was extremely worried about him, and he had never gone missing before.
He said: "We're very concerned for his welfare."
Inspector Alisdair Dey said: "Obviously we ask that either Mr Harrison himself or anyone who may know where he is gets in touch with us as soon as possible."
Mr Harrison is described as white, 5ft 4in tall, of proportionate build, with shaved dark-brown hair, brown eyes and a pale complexion.
When last seen, he was wearing a black wool jacket, black trousers, black boots and was carrying a black backpack.
Anyone who thinks they might know his whereabouts is asked to phone York Police on 01904 669884.
