JOHN BOYCE and Gareth Bressington have joined York-based Shepherd Construction Ltd as business development managers.
They are new posts within the business development team, with both men responsible for new business and strengthening relationships with clients and consultants in key areas.
Mr Boyce comes full circle having worked for Shepherd 20 years ago as a quantity surveyor, before undertaking roles in business development with HGB Construc-tion and the Elliott Group.
He has worked in the construction industry for more than 30 years and holds an MSc in project management and a BSc in quantity surveying. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Building and a member of the Association of Project Managers.
Mr Bressing-ton has work-ed in the industry since 1987, having previously undertaken roles with Benson Construction as business development manager for London and Thames Valley and Lafarge European Building Materials Group as regional account manager. He holds a BSc in real estate management obtained at Oxford Brookes University.
He will operate within Shepherd's Western division.
