YOU may have had all you can take of Michael Jackson already, what with the on-going child-abuse trial in the US. If you haven't, this tacky book will certainly provide it.
The author isn't the Raymond Chandler who was the master of hard-boiled private-eye fiction and who created Philip Marlowe. This Chandler is the uncle of Jordie Chandler, the 12-year-old boy whose family claimed in 1993 that he had been seduced and abused by Jackson.
Uncle Raymond re-heats the old scandal in a pretty shameless attempt to cash in on the present-day Jackson trial.
Unnecessary and unpleasant.
