STU Limbert captured the York Cygnet Open Darts League division one Individual title with an outstanding display.
Limbert secured the crown by defeating Clifton's Martyn Turner 3-2 in a superb final.
The first four legs went with the throw as Limbert opened with a 70 finish for a superb 15-darter. Turner replied with a 16, then Limbert gamed in 18.
Turner sent the final into the decider with 140, 140 and 136 for 15, before Limbert hit the all-important double after Turner had missed opportunities.
Division two individual champion Dean Smallwood held on to his title as he came back from a leg down to run out the 3-1 winner against Mick Holdsworth (Huntington SC 'A').
Mitre's Rich Corner-Allan Galley lifted the pairs competition, defeating Huntington WMC's Nick Harteveld-John Smith 2-1. Corner also took the mixed pairs crown partnering Karen Richardson to a 2-0 win against John and Wendy Smith (Huntington WMC).
Paul Botterill, Paul Cooper and Mike Harris (Volunteer Arms) added the triples title to their division one championship after defeating Huntington SC 'B's Pip Hair, Mark White and Keith Elliott 2-1.
The three fastest finishes title went to Paul Cooper (Volunteer) in division one with 44 (13, 15, 16); John Miller (Cygnet) in division two with 47 (15, 16, 16) and Martin Pears (Crown) in division three with 67 (21, 21, 25).
John Miller also took the season's highest finish with 164 and Volunteer Arms had Chaz Ramsden-Mike Harris taking the fastest pairs game trophy with an 18-darter.
