CYGNET 'C's Michelle Britton closed 84 for 21 in their York John Smith's Ladies Darts League division one win against Independent to keep their pressure on the top sides.
Leaders Cueball 'B' gained revenge on Flag with victory. Cueball captain Tracey Farmeary (2 x 100, 127) and Flag's Sharon Neads (2 x 100) traded tons with Farmeary going out in 23 and colleague Angie Hields (100, 140) gaming in 24.
Cygnet 'A' had Dawn Exton including a maximum as they recorded a 7-2 victory at an understrength Slip 'A'.
Slip 'B' polished off Leeman 'B' despite being a player short. Annie Smith saved Holgate's blushes as they lost 8-1 to Clifton 'A'.
In division two, Clifton 'B' had Barbara Suter closing a two-dart 82 (treble 18 double 14) in their slender win against Slipper which saw Jean Wright-Sandra Pallister secure victory.
Tang Hall WMC's Ann Barker-Janice Davies also sealed their narrow win against Sun 'A'.
Severus's Glynnis Simpson shot out 89 (double top, 17 double 16) but her heroics were too late as club rivals Burnholme had victory in the bag.
Burnholme are joint top with Shepherd 'A' who held a 4-2 advantage going into the pairs against Cygnet 'B' who rallied with mother and daughter Jackie Coverdale-Cindy Benton secured victory for Cygnet.
Leeman 'C' edged out Woolpack in the meeting of the top two in division three. Leaders Leeman 'C' had Shelagh Kenny-Colleen Cunniff winning the decider.
Volunteer 'B' were also last game victors at Cygnet 'D' where Joan Knowles-Sarah Thompson securing the win.
