Selby, humiliated by Yorkshire Three side West Leeds in the Yorkshire Shield last week, will try to restore some pride when they travel to Keighley in Yorkshire One.
Full back Chris McDonald, winger Rich Topping and Martin Protheroe are all back for Selby. Protheroe plays at centre in place of the missing Andy Gabel to accommodate the inclusion of winger Tony Godfrey who retains his place.
With Dan Porte, having suffered concussion last week and Mathew Smith being red carded, both will be missing, so Selby will have a new combination at half back with Toby Pemberton returning at stand off and David Bramley making a rare appearance at scrum half.
It can only get better for YORK RI whose injury battered side travel to Moortown in Yorkshire Three tomorrow.
Hemsworth, who had won only one game all season, made light work of RI in a 24-15 victory last time out.
It was RI's sixth consecutive defeat.
