WE read about the young man being fined for dropping a cigarette end in the street, possibly rightly so, but I notice the travellers have moved on from another illegal squatting site on Clifton Moor.
They have left enough rubbish to fill a bin lorry but I doubt they will have paid a fine for it even though they have been seen doing it.
Is the council frightened to deal with more than one person at a time? Or maybe they are happy that the rise in our council tax will pay for it? Where is the equality?
