It's back to work tomorrow for Graham Lee, who returns to the fray at Catterick after being sidelined in recent weeks with a broken collar bone.

The Grand National-winning jockey, who has 16 pre-booked rides at the Cheltenham Festival next week, teams up with Motive in the Weatherbys Bank Novices' Hurdle.

The gelding is trained in County Durham by Howard Johnson, who will be supplying most of Lee's Cheltenham rides.

Motive, a faller on his hurdling bow when looking the likely winner, has since finished second at Musselburgh, being beaten six lengths by Aleron.

A keen horse who does not help himself at times, Motive has the ability to be a success over hurdles. He needs to settle better tomorrow if he is to give Lee a winning comeback.

Tony Dobbin, who has ridden a lot of winners while Lee has been out of action, can clinch the Manchester Handicap Hurdle on Only Words, trained at Brawby, near Malton, by Alan Lockwood.

The eight-year-old gave a respectable performance at Sedgefield on his latest start, staying on nicely from off the pace to finish second to all-the-way winner Jaccout. Only Words is on a fair handicap at present.

Keith Reveley's four-year-old Bayside has won his last two races and is napped to complete a hat-trick by taking the Glasgow Standard National Hunt Flat Race.

After winning over tomorrow's course and distance, Bayside scored in pleasing style at Musselburgh on his most recent start.

Reveley has got the services of 7lb claimer William Kennedy to reduce the penalised Bayside's burden tomorrow and I expect the ploy to pay dividends.

Peter Beaumont, the Brandsby, near Easingwold trainer, can triumph at Bangor with Upham Lord in the Hugh Peel Challenge Trophy Hunters' Chase.

Although now a 12-year-old, Upham Lord remains a decent performer at this level. He will receive every assistance from the highly capable Guy Brewer.
