TOP dog trainer Philippa Williams has been invited to show off her skills at prestigious canine competition Crufts.
The Kennel Club of Great Britain has asked Philippa to exhibit her pooches' prowess at the event next week.
She will take five golden and labrador retriever gun dogs to the Birmingham NEC to show off her successful training technique, which involves the use of a "clicker" device to control and reward the animals.
The dogs will demonstrate their agility, heelwork and obedience up to five times a day over the three-day exhibition, which starts on March 10.
Since 1994, Philippa, of Babthorpe, near Selby, has run the Dogs For Life training centre, which hosts countryside holidays for different breeds of dogs and their owners.
