Old Malton lost top spot in Leeper Hare York and District Football League Reserve 'A' and came within a whisker of losing only their third game of the season.
Away at lowly Huntington, Old Malton had to wait until the fourth minute of added time before bagging the leveller which secured a share of the spoils.
Lee Jackson put the home side in front in the first half but Malton went ahead with goals from Paul Walker and Keith Davies.
Back came Huntington as James Wood converted a Graham McDonald cross to level the scores and with ten minutes to go 16-year-old David Smith gave the home side the lead again. Tom Moorcroft, with his eighth goal of the season, hit the late leveller.
Dringhouses reclaimed pole position after beating New Earswick for the second time this season 3-1.
Wayne Carter, who also netted in the earlier win, gave Dringhouses the half-time lead, but this was cancelled out by Stuart Reed. Goals from Steve Cross and Dave McManus clinched the win for Dringhouses.
St John's College moved up three places after beating visitors Pocklington 6-0.
Robin Bedford took his personal tally to five goals from his last three games with a hat-trick. Richard Holden (2) and David Norris also scored.
Bottom-placed Malton Bacon Factory recorded their first win in nine games as they beat Dunnington 2-0 with goals from Tommy Oxtoby and Mark Lund.
Nestl Rowntree edged nearer to the Reserve 'B' title after a 3-0 win at Thorpe, who suffered their first home defeat of the season.
A brilliant volley from Paul West opened the scoring followed by strikes from Kenny Davies and Luke Brownbridge. Nestl 'keeper Simon Hammond saved a penalty in the first half.
Reserve 'C' basement side Hemingbrough swapped positions with opponents Riccall after they beat them 4-0.
Riccall, who have failed to score in their last four home games, were two goals down at the interval to a brace from Kes Morris. Mark Livsey and Tom Caudwell completed the scoring.
Rufforth and Tockwith shared the points following a 1-1 draw at Rufforth, where Phil Draley hit Tockwith's goal.
Just four points separate the top eight Reserve 'D' sides, of whom York RI continued to stutter with a 0-0 draw away at LNER Builders.
Civil Service pushed themselves into contention and seriously damaged Huby's hopes in a 3-1 win.
David Lund (66), Rob Cook (76) and Mark Lund (81) hit the mark before Huby snatched a consolation goal three minutes from time through Mike Wyrill.
