LAW firm Rollits of York has appointed three more lawyers to its property team.
They are, Albert Oh, Peter Mason and Christine Boughen.
A former student at Hymers College, Peter worked for Hull solicitors Stamp Jackson and Procter, before moving to Rollits as a solicitor specialising in commercial property.
Albert Oh was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 1999. He practiced in Malaysia for four years mainly in property and construction law before relocating to the UK. Before joining Rollits, he worked with a quantity surveyor practice in Milton Keynes servicing several national construction clients.
Christine Boughen, a member of The Institute of Legal Executives, manages the firm's residential property group.
With several years experience of residential conveyancing behind her, Christine acts for lenders and for national and local clients, handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, transfers of equity and re-mortgage work.
