THE planning application for the further development of Connaught Court, Fulford, has been submitted again by the developers, and its target date to go before the planning committee is April 8.
Many in the local community are rightly still concerned about the proposed development, especially on traffic and environmental grounds. As has already been highlighted, it is important to remember that there is a need to submit any objections or comments that residents may have about this development again so that everybody can have their voice heard.
I am especially disappointed that the developers are putting forward no affordable housing.
Please do contact me directly with any concerns, but remember to send your comments to Darren Hendley, the council's planning officer.
