FURTHER to your report about ambulances not being used in some cases for 999 calls (February 15).
If a taxi is used, will they be insured to deal with a situation of transporting someone to hospital?
If someone dies on arrival this way, who is responsible? And are we prepared for such an incident like this to happen?
