What a surprise. GNER is "most grateful to the MPs who have spoken so warmly of GNER and the standard of service we provide" (February 9).
If I were given free first class travel wherever I went I may also be persuaded to speak warmly about GNER. Did Kimberly Quinn speak warmly of GNER after her infamous trip to Doncaster, too?
