Small and medium-sized businesses in York and North Yorkshire have until the end of next month to take advantage of discounts of up to 50 per cent for IT training at the University of York.
Under the Graduate Asset Programme, managed by the university, businesses with fewer than 250 employees can secure up to half the tuition fees for training for any graduate employee, up to a ceiling of £2,000.
Graduates in any discipline from any UK institution, who are employees of a small or medium-sized enterprise based in York or North Yorkshire, can qualify for discounts. But they must register for courses with the University of York Advanced ICT Programme by March 31, to take advantage of the discounts even though training does not have to take place until September.
Businesses interested in registering graduate employees on courses inthe Advanced ICT Programme should phone Amanda Selvaratnam on 01904 328768.
