All four fixtures in Reserve 'A' resulted in home wins meaning the two sides challenging leaders Old Malton both lost ground.

Copmanthorpe, despite having lost their last four games, totally outplayed second placed Dringhouses to win 2-0. Two well executed goals from veteran Darren Starkey did the damage.

Third-placed Pocklington were beaten 3-1 by Kartiers with Paul Grundy, Richard Broadbent and Wayne Coulthard all scoring.

St John's College moved out of the relegation zone after beating fellow strugglers Malton Bacon Factory 3-1, with two goals from Andrew Stubbington and one from Robin Bedford. Stuart Collins hit Malton's lone reply.

Dunnington's impressive three-in-a-row away record came to an end at New Earswick as they went down 2-1. Stuart Reed gave the home side the lead, Ben Norris cancelled it out but Rob Cole hit the winner midway through the second half.
