AFTER back-to-back wins had revitalised their season, it was a return to the same old story for Harrogate - too many mistakes and too many points given away as they succumbed to a 32-22 home defeat to Moseley.
After Lee Cholewa and opposite number Ollie Thomas had exchanged penalties, mistakes by Mark Chester and Jim Farndon led to a converted Moseley try.
After a drop goal it was catch-up rugby all the way. And Harrogate did pretty well - despite Cholewa missing two penalties which would have reduced the gap to four points.
Moseley extended the lead to 27-3 and Harrogate's fight-back began with a penalty try after the ball was kicked from a scrum with Harrogate poised for a touchdown.
Farndon converted as he did two minutes later when Spanish prop Alex Onega rumbled over wide out. Scott Wilson got on the end of a rolling maul as the game entered the 86th minute.
But by then it was too late.
